We believe it is our responsibility to provide efficient, caring customer service. We usually process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns Policy

All our products have a one-year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned a year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our online customer service or Email to service@aussie-battery.com.au, first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA number. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.

Defective products must be returned within 30 days since the issue date of RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.

If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.

To apply for an RMA number, please send an email to our customer service , quoting the following:

  • Model Number
  • Serial Number of product
  • Reason for return / Nature of Defect

We will email you with a RMA number, and return instructions.

Please send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Once we have received the item, and verified the details, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item.

If you inadvertently order an incompatible battery or adapter, we will be happy to either provide a replacement with the correct part or issue refund, as long as you let us know within fourteen days and send the product back in its original packaging and condition. Replacement items can only be sent, or refund can only be given after the returned product has been received.
